BRUSSELS, Nov. 4 (Xinhua) — The G20 Summit in Cannes, France, was meant to be a platform for top industrialized nations and emerging economies to discuss and consolidate plans to promote economic growth around the world.
Instead, it was dominated by a dramatic saga of eurozone nations frantically firefighting in the face of one emerging crisis after another.
