Professor Rym Ayadi, presented the results of the banking business models analysis at the first Research Symposium on Financial Mutuals organized by the Building Societies Association (BSA).
This event aims to support and develop research into customer-owned financial service organizations. As research is dominated by studies of shareholder-owned banks, BSA hopes this event will help to broaden the consideration to other organization types.
It brings together academics, researchers, practitioners, regulators and policymakers from the UK and Europe interested in competition, financial stability and conduct, as well as the specific contribution mutual and co-operative organizations can make in these areas.
